FEED SECTION
Hycorr Lead-Edge Feeder Features an indexer drive, constant vacuum to the wheels box, snap–on urethane wheels covers, cam operated lift grid and skip feed.
Rubber Feed Roll Located in the bottom position to eliminate print side scuffing and minimize paper dust on the printing surface.
Motorized Back Stop Reduces set–up time.

PRINT SECTIONS
Vacuum Sheet Transport Transport is via closely spaced anodized aluminum wheels to support the board more uniformly. Low clearance between wheels seal plates, and four dampered vacuum zones minimize air flow. Low air flow translates to less ink drying on printing plates. 7.5 HP/1750 RPM vacuum blowers reduce noise and save energy. Vacuum around the impression roll provides vacuum transport continuity. Printing impression adjustment is motorized. Impression rolls are supported by the side frames for greater stability.
Ink Flow Detectors Alert the operator to low ink flow.
Drive Gears Gears are chrome molybdenum steel heat treated for strength and durability, and ground for accurate quiet running.
Sealed Dual Blade Ink System A fully closed ink circulation system with dual pumps improves print quality by virtually eliminating ink contamination, and minimizing ink volume circulating.
Laser Engraved Ceramic Anilox Rolls Provides greater flexibility. Customer selects line counts and cell volumes - cell volumes up to 600 LPI.
Harmonic Compensators Increase reliability and provide zero backlash operation for the life of the drive.
Servo Drives Improves print accuracy.
Auto-Wash 5 minute cycle time. Reduces set ups considerably.
Tilt Bars Provide print plate skew adjustment.
